  • Free Grilling Recipe! Cincinnati Blues Pork Ribs.
Winner of the Cincinnati Blues Fest Cookoff! Start with four pounds of the cheapest western country style pork ribs you can find. The cheaper ribs have more fat, and fat adds more flavor. Now make your glazing sauce. Get a small bowl and add two sticks (8oz) of fake butter; like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, or "Move Over Butter" etc. Add two teaspoons of garlic powder, one teaspoon of black pepper, a small squirt of yellow musturd, and two shakes of Tobasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce. Warm it up in the microwave or on the oven until the fake butter is melted. Stir it up real good. Now your glazing sauce is ready. Cook your ribs on the grill on medium heat turning several times. You don't want them to be black. When they are done, add the glaze to the ribs and cook on low heat for 4 minutes on each side. You can keep baisting until the glaze sauce is gone. Done. Yum Yum! This glaze works on pork chops, pork roast, catfish, and chicken too.
